SHIPPING POLICY

Please allow 2–3 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipping. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible while ensuring the highest quality in every product.

If you wish to return an item, please email us at casablancacandleandco@gmail.com with the subject line “Return.” Our Customer Care Team will respond with detailed return instructions.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method for all returns.
  • Items lost in transit will not be considered returned.

Shipping Time

Orders typically ship within 5–7 business days after the 48–72 hour processing period (excluding weekends and holidays). We will do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but please note that actual delivery times depend on the carrier.

Once a package has been scanned by the postal service, Casa Blanca Candle & Co. no longer has control over delivery timeframes. We are not liable for delays, re-routes, or failed deliveries caused by the shipping carrier.

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. Casa Blanca Candle & Co. is not responsible for non-delivery due to address errors provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order excluding the shipping fee, and you may resubmit a new order.
