RETURN POLICY

Return & Refund Policy

At Casa Blanca Candle & Co., we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item for an exchange or refund within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date.

All returned items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging.


Return Process

To initiate a return, please email us at casablancacandleandco@gmail.com with the subject line “Return.” Our Customer Care Team will provide you with detailed instructions for returning your item.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method for all returns.
  • Items lost in transit cannot be treated as returned.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, and the refund is approved, we will process your refund or exchange within seven (7) business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been completed.

If you experience an issue with a product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and include photos and a brief description of the issue so our team can best assist you.
